MRN Exam for Bibi - 4th of October 2011

On 4th of October we made a MRN exam and I tried very hard to make the CD with the results visible to you in order to avoid the mail who deliver in 10 to 15 days from Romania to Hungary.
The dog has big pains and that's why I am in a little hurry.
A friend made me a tuturial for use the CD, they are bellow.

After that you can use one of the 2 versions bellow to complete the process.



Version one:

Step 1: Download the file Image.nrg from the link sent to you

Step 2: Open the file with Nero application and burn an CD

Step 3: Insert the new CD in CD ROM and the application from CD will start automatically



Version two:

Step 1: Download the file Image.nrg from the link sent to you

Step 2: Open the file with 3CD Daemon virtual CD application and mount the file Image.nrg

Step 3: The CD will be emulated by 3CD Daemon application and the application from CD will start automatically.

The things are getting worse

Last night he had terrible pains and I realized Carprofen doesn't work anymore. He didn't took too many, anyway this doesn't work. Last summer he had some days, I don't rememeber how many days he took Norocarp, the Irish product which went well on him.
Now, Carprofen doesn't help anymore and I am so so worried. I gave hime Ibalgin Baby Syrup, 0,5 ml when he is in pain. How much Ibalgin can I give to him?
Please, if somebody from Debrecen, Hungary is reading my blog, please write to me, I want to go there.
I heard a lot of difficult casis were solved there. Please, help my baby. He doesn't let me touch his paws, he has pains and sometimes when I take him in my arms he screams as well.

Novocalmine Suppositories and Ibalgin Baby

The vet told me to give him Rymadil but I am afraid of this medicin because it is only for a short time curing the symptomes and not the disease and a dog of my friends died because of this pill.
So, I suppose to give him an antiinflamatory but I don't know which one is causing less damages.
You can not imagine how many pills he took, poor baby.
I only give him Novocalmine and Ibalgin until somebody will save us and tell what is the disease he has.
Is it right, is it wrong?

Thanks to Mr. Dr. Ruben from Dubai. He wrote me some good advice. I heard that if you do scan with contrast subsance he may die. In Romania there is no advanced technology, many pet owners go elsewhere to cure in other countries.
Also  Mr. Doctor Ruben pointed have I to do an MRN but here I understand from a vet that is not the whole spine  but only a few centimeters. Then the problem of surgery, if needed. You can get away without surgery? He has pain and lives more with Novocalmine Ibalgin and suppositories. If 20 vets saw and treated him and he still is in this state will realize they can not have trust here in Romania.
  None of them  not recommended any depth of analysis that come into question. Many have said it is poliarthritis but tests showed that no such thing.
Not to long to bore you, from April 2010 until August 2011 he would be  worse, right?
A vet told me that the rear paws are transaparente bones, demineralized, perhaps from the Prdenisone took. And dexamethasone.

Some good and bad news

I have some news. I made ​​some new analysis of Bibi, C-reactive protein and rheumatoid factors and all came out perfectly normal result in limits. So, my good sense says should be removed from the calculation rheumatoid arthritis or some form of rheumatism.
At the same time his doctor, a nice young lady and saw all the radiographs taken me a bad evolution of the spine. With my words, he saw a hip arthritis, quite severe, small bones of the paws transparency and a lack of space between vetrebere a certain place.
He has poor pain and now does no treatment. They say there is no treatment.
I do not think very poor and my beautiful dog will die of pain ....
What to do? Help me and me with advice. Here veterinarians have not experienced too much with it .... There must be something that it can go again to save him ....

I forgot to add that year and did all the blood tests (including alkaline phosphatase) came out very well.

Please Save a Little Dog

First I need to introduce myself, I am a lady who lives in Bucharest, Romania. I found on the street 4 years ago a wonderful bichon havanese.  I am writing to you because the dog is very sick and nobody here found a diagnosis for him. Maybe you can help with a diagnostic.
In April 2010 he falled down from an armchair, he was screaming  many minutes because of the pains and for a hour he was paralised. After that he started to have problems with his walking. He is making efforts on walking. Now he doesn't walk almost at all. He recovered from the paralisis stage but still got problems with the walk. One month after this he's got babesiosis who was treated and he felt better. A long time he got fever and muscle and articular pains and that's why the vets here thought it is Lyme. He took a lot of anthibiotics, a lot of doxicycline but without any results. Neither the Lyme tests showed he is got the disease.
Each vet said another diagnosis and the dog is suffering a lot. He has big pains and screams especially by night. If you try to tocuh a paw he is screaming, a lot of sufferince.

We cured babesia but still remains the pains and fever. From September 2010 he doesn't walk anymore.

All this time he was treated by 19 vets, they tried treatments for Bartonella, Erlichia, Lyme, Arthritis, Osteoporosis, Xanthinuria and many other diseases. A lot of Doxycicline, pain medicins, rymadil, Norocarp but also Omega 3, vitamins, Liv 52. If it is important, I can send you scan of test results, echography (all normal results), and all the drugs he took (many!). An A 4 paper full of medicins that Bibi took in 2010.

Vaccination status: none in 2010, none in 2011 due to his condition, the years before he was vaccinated, last time in April 2009. Vets thought at a stage he's got an autoimmune arthritis but only by guessing because we do not have in Romania a lab test for such a disease, no tests for something like this. Vets here decided not to vaccinate him last year, probably this year will be the same in case we do not find the diagnosis and the poor dog still suffers after so many treatments.

The fever dissapeared when antinflamatory products were taken. We tried Trocoxil, no results, we try now Onsior 10 mg, little results. Best was Norocarp, the Irish product but we do not find it here, the original product. When he takes antiinflamatory products he is ok, he doesn't wal normally but still he is trying to walk a little. Otherwise is like a baby who now start to learn to walk, doesn's have any stability in his poor little paws.
His other functions are ok, eats normally, drink water, everything ok.
I now I can not give him pain medicins all his life, we do not know what the dog is suffering of, I don't want to see him die day by day/ Maybe there is something I ca do.

Why am I writing to you? I am afraid he'll die, he doesn't have any medication now, severe pains and no diagnosis.

Maybe you have an advice for me.

I attach some X rays and some pictures of him. Maybe you will feel pitty for us and give  advice what to do.

The dog can not be transported because he was not vaccinated, the vets refused to do this.
